The company behind geometry dash is RobTop Games, founded by Swedish developer Robert Topala. Interestingly, during the game’s early development, it was originally called Geometry Jump. However, due to Apple’s naming policies, the title had to be changed before release, and that’s how the catchy name Geometry Dash was born. This small tweak ended up giving the game its iconic identity, and today, it’s one of the most recognizable rhythm-based platformers worldwide.
