Although Super Mario World was a pioneer in the platforming genre with its vibrant visuals, responsive controls, and interesting locations, Yoshi’s Island elevated the genre with its better presentation and addictive gameplay. One thing that stands out is how the game looks. It has that certain something that makes it stand out, like it was produced from crayons and felt pens.
